For excellent and helpful deliberation the undersigned hereby indemnities and saves safe the Indemnitee from and beside any and all avers, demands, procedures, victims, costs, charges, fixed cost, damages, difficulties and charges whatever which the indemnities may pay, maintain and acquire by explanation of or in link with the use of the indemnities stimulating including, without limiting the majority of the preceding, all costs and fixed cost sustained in association with any such defeat, damage or loss.
